Most appearances are a flat fee unless the below applies. There are no fees for parking, telephone, fax or copy.
Additional Fees
All hourly based appearances are billed at a 2 hour minimum.
- Data storage fee for each appearance $5.23
- Rush fee/Requested within 24 hours $30.00
- Rush fee/Requested within 15 hours $35.00
- Rush fee/Requested within 12 hours $40.00
Please note that there are some courts in obscure areas that require an additional out of area coverage fee.
